Who can join Jeremy's Live?
Everyone who is atleast 18 years of age and above.
How do Jeremy’s Live fees work for the food, goods and services provided ?
Musicians, Chefs, Trainers and merchants, anyone collecting fees from the user of the site, pays a service fee.
Jeremys Live service Fee?
The Service Fee equals 18% of your order’s overall total. Any amount, entirely that is collected from the user/customer. When you place an order, the fees you pay help cover our processing, future development and business costs. Orders may include the following fees.
- Delivery: This is included in your order for food or merchandise by the vendors and subject to our fee.
- Tips are subject to a processing fee.
- Taxes and all related charges are subject to the processing fee.
- If there is no fee charged to a user of the site, there is no charge to use our network. Users of the site, pay no additional fee to Jeremy’s Live.

What can i do if i want to get a refund in case the vendor makes mistakes (ex.Unavailable for show, poison cook , wrong product delivery, lost delivery by vendor etc)?

What can I do if I experience a show that was less, imp some way, then I was expecting, poor quality food, damaged or different item then I expected, when I purchased it?
Contacting the vendor first, is always a good idea, if that is not successful, you can leave a review to advise other users.
Can I turn off my camera during the livestreaming?
Yes. We always, respect your right to privacy.
MUSIC
Does JL, have provide or control the direction for the musicians and other performing artists?
No. Never, as long as you follow the basic guidelines for safety and all legal requirements, this is YOUR show.. to create and perform as you will.
Does, JL own the artistic content created and broadcast?
No. JL, is only a portal, we do not buy, own or sell any creative content. Nothing is recorded and retained at J|L. Ever.
Does, JL protect artists from fans recording musical material?
Yes! We project your show in a unique round format and with a watermark, when/if we see this on line, we will ask that they remove that content. We cannot control every aspect of the internet of course though - so we cannot guarantee that someone will not record and post online, inspite of our efforts.
Can I record my own show?
Yes of course. It's your show.
Can I play for free?
Yes!
Why do they get to see and hear the first three minutes for free?
Because we believe in, sample before you buy, so do you best with that three minutes to get the ticket sold!
How many audiences can see me?
Unlimited
What is the best way to make money?
Perform at your best, produce a superior quality show. Provide excellent customer service / to receive the best reviews possible!
How can I get more tips ?
Create a happy fan-base that enjoys your show and who wants to show their appreciation with a tip!
Can viewers watch my show more than 1 person per ticket ?
This is a decision at the Artist/Musician discretion
How will I know a real artist/musician?
Audiences have 3 minutes free to watch the Artist/Musician show.
What to do if an Artist/Musician or Audience shows rude behaviour, disrespectful or sexually harassing to others ?
You have the absolute control to block them and to leave bad review.
FOOD
Does Jeremy's Live enforce food safety guidelines?
All Chefs and Cooks are required to comply with all local food preparation and safety guidelines and legal requirements. It is between them and their local municipality.
Does Jeremy's Live screen Chefs and Cooks for food safety and quality?
No. We cannot. However, the reviews are the success of the Chefs or Cook. So if the user does not feel comfortable at the Chef's Table with the preparation or clealiness, they can leave. The first 3 minutes are always free. It's up to you.
How many customers can I have at the Chef's Table?
One at a time.
How is food being wrapped?
We leave it to the Chef or Cook to deliver in a way that expresses their creativity and uniqueness.
How is my order being delivered?
We leave it to the Chef or Cook - to create a partnership with a courier who delivers at their expected level of professionalism and timelines
How long will it take the delivery of food?
It's between you and the Chef or Cook

How many students can I have in one session?
You can have 17 2-way live-stream connections and unlimited one-way video streaming. We intend to increase this greatly in the future versions.
Can I have a talk with the Trainer on a session?
Yes. We leave the details between you and the trainer.
Can I record a session?
No.
